• Postage and handling costs are additional to the item price.
• We post throughout Australia and also Internationally.
• We use Australia Post in most instances however a courier maybe required in some cases.
• Parcels over the value of $50 are sent via registered post, which provides tracking & insurance to the value of $100. All other parcels (over 500g) will be sent via Australia Post regular mail with parcel tracking - this does not provide insurance, only the ability to track items.
  
• We will not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by any 3rd Party, therefore we advise you insure or register your items.
• If you wish to insure items over the value of $100 please contact us prior to paying for your order.
• Postage charges are not only for freight costs but packaging materials as well.

Our handmade items will last for many years with proper care and storage. However, we do not guarantee this. Wire may tarnish, beads may crack, flowers may perish and ribbons may fade.

We do use high quality products, however over time they may not look as new and fresh as they use to. With proper care you can prolong the life of these products by following these simple steps:

• Items should be kept out of sunlight, away from water and dust and stored in an air-tight container.
• Do not let products such as hair spray, perfumes, oils or any other lotions come into contact with the item.

Colours of our products may vary slightly as the exact colour is not always available. Your computer settings may also cause for other variations beyond our control.

Artificial bouquets may also vary in style, we may not be able to source the exact flowers again, but will supply you with a similar alternative, we will of course contact you if there are any problems.

We do not accept returns on handmade items.
