We currently accept Bank Deposit, Paypal (Credit Card), Money Order and Cash:

• Payment in full is required 5 working days
• We do not accept cheques.
• Select your preferred payment option during the checkout process.
• Once we have received your order and funds have been cleared we will advise you that your order is being processed.

• Postage and handling costs are additional to the item price.
• We post throughout Australia and also Internationally.
• We use Australia Post in most instances however a courier maybe required in some cases.
• Parcels over the value of $50 are sent via registered post, which provides tracking & insurance to the value of $100. All other parcels (over 500g) will be sent via Australia Post regular mail with parcel tracking - this does not provide insurance, only the ability to track items.
  
• We will not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by any 3rd Party, therefore we advise you insure or register your items.
• If you wish to insure items over the value of $100 please contact us prior to paying for your order.
• Postage charges are not only for freight costs but packaging materials as well.

• If you require your item sooner than the estimated time frame please contact us, additional charges may apply.

We try our very best to keep on top of current product availabilities, however if you place an order and we get notified by our supplier that the product out of stock or has been discontinued without our knowledge, we will endeavour to source the item elsewhere, provide you with a suitable alternative or return your money.

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit, please send us a digital photograph of the damaged goods by email, along with your order number within two days of receipt of the item. You may then be entitled for an exchange.

If goods are delivered to you that have a manufacturers fault, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange.

As products are produced in bulk, we cannot be held liable for colour variations that may occur, please note that this is not classed as a manufacturing fault.

Refunds or exchanges will not be offered if you make a wrong selection or you simply change your mind.
