Celebrity Weddings of 2011!

2011 has been a huge year of celebrity weddings, from Prince William and Kate’s Royal Wedding to Kim Kardashians fairytale event, we take a look back on some of the special highlights of celebrity weddings.

Actress Reece Witherspoon tied the knot with Jim Toth on March 26^th in an elegant country wedding. Reece wore a gorgeous blush coloured gown designed by Monique Lhuillier.

The most anticipated and most watched wedding of the year was the Royal Wedding of Prince William & Kate Middleton, the nuptials took place on April 29^th at Westminster Abbey in London. The wedding captured the attention of millions of viewers from all over the world. Kate wore a gown designed by Sarah Burton of Alexandra McQueen.

Prince Williams’s cousin Zara Phillips who is the eldest granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II, married rugby player Mike Tindall in a private ceremony at Canongate Kirk on Edinburgh’s on the 31^st July 2011.

Celebrity reality TV star Kim Kardashian  married basketball player Kris Humprhies on the 20^th August 2011. Although the married only lasted 72 days, the wedding boasted nothing but elegance in a lavish black & white themed wedding. Every girl dreams of a lavish fairytale wedding, everything was personalised with their special KK monogram. The Bridal party consisted of Kim’s sisters, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner & Kayla Humprhies who all wore Vera Wang gowns including mother of the bride Kris Jenner.

Singer and X-Factor Judge Natalie Bassingthwaite married long time partner Cameron McGlinchey on the 4^th December at romantic ceremony overlooking St Kilda’s foreshore. The star worde a dress designed by J’Aton.
